CALYRA | Return & Store Credit Policy

At CALYRA, every piece is thoughtfully designed with quality, comfort, and attention to detail in mind. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. We offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return has been received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible returned merchandise, excluding original shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final sale items, including limited-edition collections, are not eligible for discretionary returns or store credit.
